This place has a great location close to a bus stop and a lovely restaurant just a short walk away, plus a diverse breakfast with plenty of food choices.

Thought we made a mistake booking a place far from the centre.To get a choice of reasonably priced restaurants/eateries close by was difficult too.Didn't like the idea of being charged for movies and music.on tv, at the hotel.Transport system in Zurich is so good,we didn't need to book too close to the airport.

The hotel was very clean and it's location right next to the tram stop to the airport made it ideal (we had an early morning flight when we left). The staff was efficient, the breakfast very good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Given the Swiss public transportation infrastructure, we didn't miss being downtown or closer to the city center - there was a tram either to the airport train station or to the Zurich main train station about every 10 minutes. The Novotel is definitely geared towards business travelers so if you're looking for old-world charm and decor then you should go elsewhere (if you're staying a week or more rent an apartment somewhere), but we view hotels as a place to sleep and plan our next day's activities elsewhere. As for price - the nightly cost of the hotel, for Switzerland, was a bargain. Final word - I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The wired internet in the room was free but they charge if you want to use the wireless. Because there were several of us with laptops, I ended up setting one of my machines as a wireless hotspot and we were all able to use the internet without incurring the additional charge - really they should just include the wireless with the room. Only other grievance was that there were two tours booked into the hotel while we were there and the first day's breakfast was rather chaotic because both groups decided to go at the same time - not really the hotel's fault, but it

This place offers an amazing and well-equipped unit on the upper levels in a perfect and tranquil location with convenient access to restaurants, cafés, and a nearby tram station.

The front desk staff are very friendly. There is a tram station right outside the hotel. You can take the tram to the city or to the airport in just a short time.

There was a conference at the hotel. The only resteraunt there was over- crowd. No one in the resteraunt bothered to tell me about it until I have been waiting for 15 minutes! So much for Swiss services! Oh. I cut my finger in the shower. I think it is a piece of steel wool or something. The fragment is still in my finger. I need to get it out in Berlin later. Some experience (on the wrong side!)

Good sized and functional rooms on the 4th level. Very good breakfast. - Excellent and perfect location near a bus station. - Found in an excellent area. I had a pleasant one-night stay at Novotel Zurich Airport Messe. the rooms on the 4th level were spacious and practical. the breakfast was very good. I appreciated the amenities like a safe, iron, and telephone. the hotel's location near a bus station was excellent and made getting around easy. It is situated in a great area.

My stay was unforgettable, I loved the spacious and functional room with a modern interior and the superb location close to a bus station for easy transportation.

Free Internet dit not work in all rooms. If it did not work, free WIFI in the lobby was the only alternative.

Novotel is very close to the airport and tram 10 only takes a few minutes between the airport and the hotel. The tram stop is directly outside the hotel, which is convenient. There is free wired internet in the rooms, the staff is friendly and overall the hotel is a convenient, clean and comfortable, if not the most inspired choice.

There is not much around the hotel and so you pretty much have to travel to get anything. The restaurant is okay in a pinch, but not very good. The closest place that has decent food is a bio (organic) salad bar called Not Guilty, which is four tram stops away. The hotel is located in zone 21, so you need to pay for two zones if you are taking the tram into the city center. Basically, this is a good, convenient option for people who need to be near the airport rather than near the city center.

The hotel of choice in Opfikon-Glattbrugg. Fully equipped great budget property, worth its 4 stars. Central location, at a short distance from a public park. Walking distance to a shopping centre and a market across the street. A good restaurant with good food.

The place was fully equipped and had incredibly helpful staff at the reception desk and bar. the location of the hotel was central, next to the Airport and downtown Zurich – great for transfers or a short stay. the outdoor area for breakfast was lovely. We didn't want to say goodbye and can definitely recommend this hotel.

very good location to go to airport, it is easy and only takes 5 min to arrived airport. it is also easy to access city centre by just taking around 20 mins tram. but the heater and air-condition in the room is not under your control even though there is a controller in your room. i think it is a lil too warm in the during my stay bcoz the air condition is not working properly. but basically, it is a good place to stay and i will be back to stay again if i hav the chance to go zurich again.

Apparently my rate did not include breakfast. I did not realize that and paid 52 CHF for breakfast, which is way to expensive No airport shuttle which is bad, especially in the winter
